the best Salpicao - Carla

We have been looking/hunting for the best Salpicao.

By definition or food origin, Salpicao is is a Spanish dish of tender cuts of beef cooked in garlic.
Best served over rice or garlic rice to add to the garlic-y flavor of the dish.

John and I have been eating and he's been ordering this dish over and over.

So far we have tried salpicao over at Dulcinea and Conti's.
We have yet to try other restaurants such as Masas, Alba's, Sugarhouse and Fluke for the said dish.
